Shipping policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on our website, governing order processing, delivery duration, logistics arrangement and customs terms. Please read carefully before checkout.
- Order Processing Time All paid valid orders will be inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Delivery Timeframe For all destinations within Europe and the United States, standard international shipping takes 15–30 working days after shipment. Delivery may be slightly delayed by holiday shipping peaks, customs clearance examinations and local postal distribution schedules.
- Logistics Arrangement Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a unique tracking number to your registered email and order dashboard for real-time delivery monitoring. Only standard international postal shipping is available; private courier designation is not supported currently.
- Customs Charges Any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer. We will complete legitimate customs declarations in compliance with each country’s import regulations.
